What the statuses mean

Order placed
We have it. Your confirmation email is on its way, check spam if it is not there in ten minutes.

Preparing your order · day 1 to 2
Picked, checked and packed. Suits are inspected by hand before they go out.

In transit · day 2 to 13
On its way with tracking. Tracking can sit still for a few days while it moves between carriers. That is normal.

Out for delivery · day 9 to 15
With your local carrier. Almost always arrives the same day this appears.

Honest shipping times

Standard, free over $60: ships in 1 to 2 business days, arrives in 9 to 15 days.

Express: ships in 1 to 2 business days, arrives in 7 to 10 days.

Every suit is crochet-knit and shipped from our partner workshop, which is why it takes a fortnight and why it looks like it does.
