Returns and refunds

 

You have 30 days from delivery to return your CozyTod order, worn or unworn. Email hello@cozytod.com with your order number and we will send you a return label. There is no restocking fee and no questions asked.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of the parcel reaching us. Exchanges for a different size or colour are free, and we ship the replacement as soon as the return is scanned, so you do not wait for it to arrive back with us.

 

Shipping Protection is refundable only if the order has not shipped yet.

 

Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time until they are marked as shipped.
